[Notice for Submission of an Academic Advisor Approval Application Form and Thesis Proposal for the First Semester of the 2025]

■ Submission of an Academic Advisor Application form

- Eligible Students and List : New students for the 2025 academic year (after the summer semester) and currently enrolled students who haven't submitted yet.
- Input and Submission Method : Integrated Information System(통합정보시스템) → Academic(학사) → Graduattion(졸업) → Thesis(논문) - Application_Advisor(Degree)(신청_지도교수(학위)) → Print the application form(신청서 출력) → Obtain signatures of academic advisor and department chair and submit it to the department(Until April 11(Fri) 2 p.m.) → The department will collect all forms and submit them to the Graduate School Administration Office

※ Graduate School of Railway, Graduate school of Public Policy and Information Technology, Graduate School of Convergence Science Professional Graduate School Administration Office: 창조관 309호

※Handwritten applications will be rejected. Applications must be submitted through the Integrated Information System

※If an academic advisor is not selected, it will be impossible to proceed with the academic schedule( e.g.,unable to register for thesis courses in the third semester).

■ Submission of Thesis Proposal
- Eligible Students and List : Master’s 3rd semester, Doctoral 3rd semester, Combined Bachelor’s and Master’s program in the 2nd semester, Integrated Master’s and Doctoral program in the 7th semester and those who have not submitted

- Input and Submission method : Integrated information system(통합정보시스템) → Academic(학사) → Graduation(졸업) → Thesis(논문) - Register Thesis Research Plan(등록_논문연구계획서)(Enter Korean, English )(국문제목, 영문제목 입력)

※ Additional submission is not required (completed when registered in the Integrated Information System, no submission required to the department)

※ If the thesis proposal is not submitted, registration of research achievements (eligibility requirements for submitting a thesis) will not be possible, and thesis examination application will not be accepted
